William J. Huntley
Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming

William Huntley brings 40 years of gaming industry experience to his role as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming, where he is responsible for the core WMS Gaming business; Scientific Games’ server-based gaming business headquartered in the U.K.; and the gaming-related systems businesses of both Scientific Games and WMS.

Mr. Huntley has extensive experience in all aspects of the lottery and gaming businesses, including sales, marketing, research and development and service operations. He has been with Scientific Games and its predecessor company for more than 40 years, serving as Chief Executive Officer of Systems in 2013, President of Lottery Systems from 2000 to 2006, and President of SG Racing, Sports and Gaming Technology from 2006 to 2007.

During Mr. Huntley’s tenure with Autotote (1997-2000) and Scientific Games he led the development efforts for many of the Company’s most successful system and terminal products for racing, lotteries and video gaming. He also managed the successful integration of several major acquisitions.

Mr. Huntley was inducted into the Lottery Industry Hall of Fame in September 2012.


Brooks H. Pierce
Chief Revenue Officer of Gaming

Brooks Pierce was named Chief Revenue Officer of Gaming in October 2013. In this role, he leads the sales and marketing, business development and strategy teams to drive gaming revenue growth worldwide.

Mr. Pierce returned to Scientific Games in December 2012 from Sportech PLC, where he served as President of the North American business and Chief Business Development Officer. Prior to joining Sportech in 2010, Mr. Pierce had spent 20 years with Scientific Games and its predecessor company, Autotote, as President of SG Racing, Sports and Gaming Technology (1991-2010) and Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Mr. Pierce has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a graduate degree from Columbia Business School’s Senior Executive Program.


Scott Schweinfurth
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Gaming and Chief Integration Officer

Scott D. Schweinfurth joined WMS in 2000 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of WMS Industries, and directed the global management of WMS’ finance, accounting, facilities and investor relations functions. He joined Scientific Games in October 2013 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Gaming and Chief Integration Officer. In his role as Chief Financial Officer of Gaming, Mr. Schweinfurth is responsible for all financial matters related to WMS Gaming, Williams Interactive, and the Company’s server-based and gaming-related business.

As Chief Integration Officer, Mr. Schweinfurth leads Scientific Games’ efforts to monitor and execute on integration plans, including realization of cost and revenue synergies; to preserve distinct cultural elements of each organization; and to leverage unique capabilities of each organization to optimize the benefits of scale and scope achieved in the combination of the two companies. Before joining WMS, Mr. Schweinfurth served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Las Vegas-based Bally Technologies. He began his career in the audit practice at Ernst & Young, rising from staff to partner.

Mr. Schweinfurth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University.


Sebastian Salat
President, International Gaming

Sebastian Salat joined WMS in January 2000, overseeing WMS international sales and operations, until he joined Scientific Games in October 2013 as President, International of Gaming. In addition to his focus on market expansion and supporting customers' needs, he pursues new business development to leverage the Company’s capacity for innovative product development to capture growth opportunities throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and Latin America. Before joining WMS, he served for 16 years as Managing Director of UNIDESA Gaming, one of the largest slot machine manufacturers based in Europe.

Mr. Salat holds master’s degrees in Marketing, International Trading and Business from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia where, since June 2004, he has taught International Trading in the MBA programs.


Orrin J. Edidin
Group Chief Executive of Interactive and Executive Vice President of WMS Industries Inc.

Orrin J. Edidin joined WMS in 1997. Since then he has served as President of WMS Industries and Chief Executive Officer of Williams Interactive, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of WMS, and Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of WMS. He joined Scientific Games in October 2013 as Chief Executive of the Interactive Group and Executive Vice President of WMS Industries.

Mr. Edidin leads the online gaming and social casino businesses of Williams Interactive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scientific Games. Under his leadership, Williams Interactive has leveraged product development expertise and industry-leading content across all interactive channels, and has developed and commercialized a comprehensive suite of products, services and website solutions that bridge in-casino, online, social, casual and mobile gaming entertainment into an integrated casino-branded gaming ecosystem.

Before joining WMS, Mr. Edidin was Associate General Counsel for Fruit of the Loom, Inc. and Farley Industries. Mr. Edidin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, and received a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
