William J. Huntley
Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming
William Huntley brings 40 years of gaming industry experience to his role as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming, where he is responsible for the core WMS Gaming business; Scientific Games’ server-based gaming business headquartered in the U.K.; and the gaming-related systems businesses of both Scientific Games and WMS.
Mr. Huntley has extensive experience in all aspects of the lottery and gaming businesses, including sales, marketing, research and development and service operations. He has been with Scientific Games and its predecessor company for more than 40 years, serving as Chief Executive Officer of Systems in 2013, President of Lottery Systems from 2000 to 2006, and President of SG Racing, Sports and Gaming Technology from 2006 to 2007.
During Mr. Huntley’s tenure with Autotote (1997-2000) and Scientific Games he led the development efforts for many of the Company’s most successful system and terminal products for racing, lotteries and video gaming. He also managed the successful integration of several major acquisitions.
Mr. Huntley was inducted into the Lottery Industry Hall of Fame in September 2012.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gaming
Dave Vitullo serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Gaming Group at Scientific Games. In his role, Vitullo is responsible for all financial matters for WMS Gaming and Williams Interactive LLC., which includes oversight of commercial and operations finance, and anti-money laundering, and business analytics.
Vitullo has an extensive background in finance and commercial operations and is an effective team leader. After joining WMS Industries in 1998, in the midst of the Midway Games spin-off, he progressed through several finance positions to become assistant corporate controller. Vitullo then broadened his experience by moving into commercial and operational roles and advanced though several management positions, including leading the Business Process Transformation team in its implementation of the Oracle R12 system. He was a member of the Executive Committee of WMS Industries for more than five years until the acquisition of WMS by Scientific Games in October 2013.
Prior to joining WMS, Vitullo was Director of Accounting at a division of First Union Bank, having served in various finance and accounting positions following a three-year stint in public accounting. He is a registered certified public accountant and graduated from the University of Illinois (Chicago).
President, International Gaming
Sebastian Salat joined WMS in January 2000, overseeing WMS international sales and operations, until he joined Scientific Games in October 2013 as President, International of Gaming. In addition to his focus on market expansion and supporting customers' needs, he pursues new business development to leverage the Company’s capacity for innovative product development to capture growth opportunities throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and Latin America. Before joining WMS, he served for 16 years as Managing Director of UNIDESA Gaming, one of the largest slot machine manufacturers based in Europe.
Mr. Salat is an engineer in electronics and he holds master’s degrees in Marketing, International Trading and Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia where, since June 2004, he has taught International Trading in the MBA programs.
Orrin J. Edidin
Group Chief Executive of Interactive and Executive Vice President of WMS Industries Inc.
Orrin J. Edidin joined WMS in 1997. Since then he has served as President of WMS Industries and Chief Executive Officer of Williams Interactive, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of WMS, and Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of WMS. He joined Scientific Games in October 2013 as Chief Executive of the Interactive Group and Executive Vice President of WMS Industries.
Mr. Edidin leads the online gaming and social casino businesses of Williams Interactive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scientific Games. Under his leadership, Williams Interactive has leveraged product development expertise and industry-leading content across all interactive channels, and has developed and commercialized a comprehensive suite of products, services and website solutions that bridge in-casino, online, social, casual and mobile gaming entertainment into an integrated casino-branded gaming ecosystem.
Before joining WMS, Mr. Edidin was Associate General Counsel for Fruit of the Loom, Inc. and Farley Industries.
Mr. Edidin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, and received a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
