SiP (www.sip.co.at) is an Austrian company that develops, produces, installs and maintains Casino Management Systems around the world. Acquired by WMS in 2007, SiP products can be found in Asia, Africa, Europe and South America, offering a comprehensive suite of applications for both slots and table games. SiP's unique freestanding design offers server-independent systems for accounting, jackpots, player tracking, bonusing and cashless payouts, as well as wide area links. The product is modular and satisfies operations needs at any size, from venues with very few machines to group operations with several thousand machines in a multisite environment. The ability to offer new games simultaneously in markets around the globe, coupled with the enhanced value and product functionality of SiP's products, is the key to our growing international successan Austrian-based gaming systems developer acquired by WMS in 2007 to expand our international market share. Within a year of their acquisition, our international product sales became a larger component of our annual unit shipments than at any other point in our history.
