Distribution Information

The Illinois Video Gaming Act requires that a gaming Manufacturer sell its machines and products through a Distributor. The Distributor buys, sells, leases or distributes gaming terminals, components, or parts to a Terminal Operator. As the owner of the video gaming terminals, the Terminal Operator is responsible for servicing and maintaining the terminals for placement in a licensed location. These include bars, restaurants, truck stops, and fraternal and veterans’ organizations.

Exclusive Distribution Partner

Subject to licensure by the Illinois Gaming Board, WMS has entered into an exclusive distributor relationship with H. Betti Industries, Inc., known in Illinois as Betson Midwest ("Betson"), to sell and/or lease our video gaming terminals to licensed Terminal Operators. Betson has filed its Distributor application with the Illinois Gaming Board. Until such time as Betson is licensed, we are required, as a current Illinois gaming licensee, to assist you in any questions you may have relative to our product or your future needs as a customer.
