With different benefit levels, co-payments and deductibles, you're able to select the plan that fits you and your family's needs, all with coverage beginning the first day of employment. Flexible Spending Accounts – Save tax dollars on qualifying out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses with an easy-to-use Flexible Spending Account.

Group Life Insurance – All eligible employees (working at least 30 hours per week) are covered from date of hire for employee and dependent coverage at no extra charge.

Voluntary Life Insurance for Employees & Dependents – You may apply for Supplemental Life Insurance coverage for yourself, your spouse or your children at any time throughout the year. This is in addition to your policy already insured under your company-provided group life insurance.

Short- and Long-term Disability – Whether you become temporarily disabled or are faced with a serious injury or illness, you know you are covered with our company-sponsored Short- and Long-term Disability plans.

Voluntary Long-term Disability – WMS offers a Long-term disability (LTD) buy-up benefit that begins when short-term disability benefits ends. Long-term Disability Insurance pays you a portion of your earnings if you cannot work because of a disabling illness or injury.

Long-term Care Program – Caregiving can be complicated and if you have someone who needs assistance performing the basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) or needs assistance because of severe cognitive impairment, then don’t worry! We offer a Long-term Care Program to help you.

Employee Assistance Program – We also understand that employees can get thrown a curveball from their personal or family life. In these cases, we provide at no cost, an Employee Assistance Program, a confidential service designed to help you deal with a spectrum of emotional issues and situations ranging from grief to drug abuse. This extends to financial and legal counselors as well as help with elder care and childcare.
